How to Properly Fuel the Mind

There are several key factors that make this principle work. Most people miss key ingredients, thus they do not see results.

We all have a brain, but science has now proven that there is a huge difference in the ways the brains operate in average people, super rich people, and happy people.

The brain produces 5 different kinds of brainwaves: -beta -alpha -theta -delta

- Gamma waves move the fastest. When they measure the brain in producing gamma waves, the mind is super alert, happy, joyous and feels “in the flow” and connected to the universe. This can occur in deep meditation or throughout the day in people who have “trained” their minds. The brain is totally in sync, and all parts of the brain are active, including the hippocampus and pineal gland.

- Beta waves move slower than gamma and operate when you are doing normal activities. The brain is NOT in sync. The left and right hemispheres are not working together. The pineal gland is not active. The hippocampus gland is also not very active.

- Alpha waves are slower than beta waves. These waves occur when a person is very relaxed and in a dreamy state. The left and right brain hemisphere are operating in sync. The hippocampus is active but not at much as when producing gamma waves. The pineal gland is not very active if at all.

- Theta waves are even slower than alpha waves. This occurs in deep meditation similar to gamma waves but does not occur often throughout the day. It can be produced by people who want to “manifest” something. When Theta waves are active you feel very relaxed, totally in an “allowing” state, and totally connected to the physical world and spiritual world. The hippocampus and pineal gland are very active. The brain is totally in sync similar to when producing gamma, but instead of being super alert in the physical universe, because you are so relaxed, you feel in more connected to the nonphysical or spiritual universe.

- Delta waves occur during sleep. They are the slowest waves and help the body “heal” and rejuvenate.



Now, let’s put people into 3 categories:

-the average person who earns an average income

-the super-rich

-extremely happy, joyful people like Buddhist monks, who experience “oneness”, bliss, and love.


The average person’s brain operates all day in beta. Rarely does their brain produce gamma, alpha or theta waves. When sleeping, the number of hours the brain is in delta is very low.

The brains of the super-rich are mostly in gamma and theta throughout the day, with the least amount of time in beta. Only when they are learning new things does the brain go into alpha. At night the brain is in delta longer that the brains of the average person.

The blissful “monk” or enlightened being’s brain is mostly in gamma, alpha and theta throughout the day. They are more in balance. And at night they have the longest time in delta. Their brains spend the least amount of time in beta.

Here is the bottom line. If you want to manifest goals dreams and desires and be happy with an inner sense of peace and bliss, then you must reduce the amount of time you brain is broadcasting beta.

Beta is the failure brainwave. Beta is the unhappy brainwave. Beta is the anxiety and stress brainwave.

There are methods used for thousands of years to increase beta, theta, and alpha waves during the day, reduce beta throughout the day, and increase delta at night. Science now knows that doing this increases the size of the hippocampus and activates the pineal gland (which connects you to the universe, and spiritual realms)
  1. Reading positive thinking books. Reading stimulates the hippocampus and increases total brain activity unlike anything else. Leaders are always readers. Reading any kind of book, including novels, works as well. Both fiction and non-fiction produce results. Reading biographies and autobiographies are very powerful.
  2. Listening to motivational and inspirational audios work magic. Feeding the mind with positive thoughts from books and audios produce magical results.
  3. Listen to baroque classical music puts you in alpha and/or theta. Classical ancient Indian and Asian music works too. Sounds are powerful.
  4. Being in nature, listening to the sounds of nature. Listening to birds, frogs, crickets, the sound of running water, rain, thunder, the sound of wind through trees, all effect the brain in powerful positive ways.
  5. Hugging a child or pet. This activates the brain instantly and activates the hippocampus and pineal glands.
  6. Being with and associating with positive like-minded people. THIS is the MOST POWERFUL. When you are in a room with dozens or hundreds of positive like-minded people stimulates your brain more than anything else. Being part of a private club, association or group connects you to the universe through others. When your mind connects with another, BOTH brains increase in frequency in exponential fashion. If you are in a room with hundreds of positive like-minded people for an entire weekend, it is like supercharging your brain and making permanent improvements. THIS is what the privilege elite class, royalty, and the super-rich do. Enlightened beings do it too when they mediate together in the same room. Science proves that this is true.

You can improve your brain function and thus you can improve your ability to manifest goals, dreams and desires. A desire put out on a Theta wave WILL manifest. If you put out a desire on a Beta wave, it will NOT manifest. With more Gamma, Alpha and Theta, you WILL be happier as well. The science now proves this is the fact. There is a science to manifesting and happiness.
